Following lockdown and restrictions on movement, the nations’ mental state has never been more fragile. Studies show that by 2025, poor Mental Health in the UK will reach epidemic levels. 53% of all sick days are due to stress, anxiety and depression. Provide your organisation and the people in it with the ability to support and help tackle Mental Health conditions.

Two qualifications in one: a Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course with the Catastrophic Bleeding Control bolt-on. Emphasis is given on handling the rise in knife crime.

1 and 3 day Level 3 courses to cover most workplaces. Check with your insurer or Risk Assessment to know which one you need, or Contact Us for compliance advice.

A 2 hour add-on course to address the unique and deadly hazards in a very high risk environment, vital for anyone who owns or works with high powered tools and heavy machinery.

16 hours of the most important skills when a long way from help and only yourself and maybe a friend to rely on. Nationally recognised by Outdoor Industries Association, Sports and Recreation Alliance and suitable for Mountain Leaders, Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, Scout and Guide Leaders and anyone with an outdoor hobby.

A two day Level 3 course aimed at coaches, personal trainers, volunteers at all types of sporting clubs and societies. This course covers everything that a First Aid at Work course would, but with a sport injury focus.

Childminders, childcare settings, schools and nurseries will all need either the 6 or 12 hour Level 3 course to make sure you are covered.

A 3 hour basic life support course with a focus on CPR and Defibrillator use designed to keep a casualty alive until the professionals arrive. EVERYONE should have these skills.
